Mortimer Hall

Originally built as a dining hall for a school this grade II* listed building has been converted into a contemporary home with a historic exterior. The high ground-floor ceilings and large kitchen, dining and living space enables the use of bold, dark, kitchen units that look striking alongside the top-lit and exposed original stonework.

The four first-floor bedrooms have use of a concealed, private, roof terrace that adds another wonderful quirk to this unique home. 3bd provided architectural services in partnership with Clear Future: Architecture to maximise client satisfaction.
