MORTIMER HALL

Originally built as a dining hall for a school this grade II* listed building has been converted into a contemporary home with a historic exterior. The high ground floor ceilings and large kitchen, dining and living space enables the use of bold, dark, kitchen units that look striking alongside the top lit and exposed original stonework. The four first floor bedrooms have use of a concealed, private, roof terrace that adds another wonderful quirk to this unique home. 3bd provided architectural services in partnership with Clear Future: Architecture to maximise client satisfaction.
